“Project Reality” is the name given to the Guinness at Old Brewer’s Yard development in Covent Garden, London, led by Bennett Construction. The project was set to transform historic buildings into a Guinness microbrewery and cultural hub, featuring an event space and a covered courtyard.
CPS Cleaning had the opportunity to contribute to this remarkable project, providing high-quality cleaning services through its team of experienced professionals. Cleaning the brewery required a combination of manual labour, specialized equipment, and strict hygiene protocols.

The Project
Revolut chose Canary Wharf for its central location within London’s financial district, close to major banks and global financial firms, making it an ideal base for a company looking to expand its presence in the world of fintech.
The building features a new façade and includes a large event space, a 1,500 sq ft flexible venue, rooftop garden, restaurant and wellness features such as high-end fitness facilities and communal areas to support hybrid working.

The Solution
CPS took on this prestigious project with a keen awareness of the intricate nature of the task
Cleaning a high-profile, modern office like Revolut’s new headquarters in Canary Wharf required specialized solutions and techniques to maintain cleanliness and sustainability. Given its modern design, sustainability credentials, and emphasis on employee wellbeing, the cleaning strategy had to be multifaceted, focusing on efficiency, eco-friendliness, and high-quality finishes.
High-level exposed services on the building ceiling—like HVAC systems, pipes, ductwork, wiring, and other mechanical systems—is usually a critical yet often overlooked task. These areas demanded specialized cleaning methods to preserve aesthetic appeal, air quality, safety, and system efficiency, and CPS Cleaning expertly completed the task.
