“Project Reality” is the name given to the Guinness at Old Brewer’s Yard development in Covent Garden, London, led by Bennett Construction. The project was set to transform historic buildings into a Guinness microbrewery and cultural hub, featuring an event space and a covered courtyard.
CPS Cleaning had the opportunity to contribute to this remarkable project, providing high-quality cleaning services through its team of experienced professionals. Cleaning the brewery required a combination of manual labour, specialized equipment, and strict hygiene protocols.
The project’s central location in Covent Garden, combined with the complexity of the landmark buildings being redeveloped, posed significant challenges — all of which were successfully managed by our team.
