Description

 The site is approximately 1.51ha and is located on Gordon Road in the heart of West Ealing, about 5 minutes' walk from West Ealing Station.
The scheme, which is currently within planning, consists of two phases. Phase one will consist of 3 buildings connected by lower lying buildings with an under croft car park area - 142 new residential apartments. Phase two consists of 3 buildings with connecting blocks and a terrace of 18 town houses which will be built over a lower car park.
