Description
Following on from the success of the award-winning phase 1 at Great Eastern Quays, a landmark phased regeneration scheme situated on the site of the former IVAX Pharmaceuticals warehouse and offices. This project are delivering phase 2 of this integrated, high quality and sustainable mixed use development which forms part of the ongoing Royal Albert regeneration for Notting Hill Genesis. The second phase comprises the design and build of 468 new mixed tenure homes and 2.200 m2 of office, commercial and retail space.
This scheme will complete Spring 2021.
