Greenwich Peninsula is one of the UK’s largest inner-city regeneration projects, aiming to create a vibrant urban district with homes, cultural spaces, schools, creative industries, and extensive commercial zones. The development features a mixed-tenure residential scheme of seven buildings, ranging from 3 to 30 storeys, delivering a total of 476 homes — with 70% designated as affordable housing. One standout building, Woodget Heights, rises to 30 storeys and includes 181 homes, 104 of which are shared ownership units.
As part of this transformative project, CPS Cleaning was proud to support the development by providing professional cleaning services throughout key phases of construction, ensuring the buildings were delivered to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. The scheme also incorporates over 3,000 sqm of play space and amenity areas, along with significant landscaping and public realm improvements on what was once a brownfield site.
