The Clapham Park regeneration is one of London’s largest estate renewal projects, transforming the existing Clapham Park Estate in Lambeth, South London into a vibrant mixed-use neighbourhood with thousands of new and refurbished homes, community facilities and public spaces.
The scheme aims to deliver over 4,000 new and refurbished homes across various tenures – including affordable rent, shared ownership, private sale and build-to-rent. Includes community spaces, shops, parks, two major public parks, a new high street area, and other local services.
