Cambridgeshire South Police Station – Willmott Dixon

The Cambridgeshire South Police Station is a significant new-build policing facility located near Milton, on the northern edge of Cambridge, being delivered by Willmott Dixon on behalf of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Cambridgeshire and Cambridgeshire Constabulary. The scheme provides a purpose-built, contemporary two-storey headquarters to replace the existing Parkside Police Station in central Cambridge, addressing capacity constraints and modern operational requirements.
The facility incorporates a 24-cell custody suite alongside extensive office accommodation, welfare and support spaces for officers and staff, secure vehicular access, and controlled holding and processing areas.
