Carlton Dene – Lovell

The Carlton Dene project is a flagship affordable housing and “Extra Care” development by Westminster City Council, located in the Maida Vale ward. National housebuilder Lovell (part of the Morgan Sindall Group) was appointed as the main contractor for the construction. The redevelopment replaces the former Carlton Dene care home and Peebles House with 87 new homes, all of which are 100% affordable.
