Golf Links Estate – Hill Group

Golf Links Estate Regeneration is a multi-phase, long-term project by Ealing Council and The Hill Group to redevelop the existing housing estate in Southall, Ealing, replacing outdated homes with new, energy-efficient, affordable housing, improving communal spaces, and enhancing accessibility, with parts expected to complete around late 2026. The project involves demolishing older blocks and building modern, sustainable homes with features like Passivhaus standards and improved resident facilities, addressing a significant housing shortage in the borough.
