Angel Square – McLaren Group

The project merges three adjacent buildings—totalling about 132,000 sq ft—into a single cohesive structure measuring approximately 293,000 sq ft in gross internal area, including 188,000 sq ft of office space, alongside affordable workspace, a replacement public house, and a public café.
CPS Cleaning is proud to have been selected to provide the builders clean for the Angel Square project, contributing to the delivery of a polished and safe environment as the development nears completion. The scheme focuses on reusing the existing structure to minimise disruption to the London Underground (LUL), while optimizing floor area and enhancing the overall development.
The design will improve the building’s appearance and its interaction with the public realm. The existing massing will be largely retained, but the form will be simplified, and the top two levels will be rebuilt with setbacks to maximise space while respecting rights of light and city viewing corridors.
